An essential step in producing high-quality, precise parts is quality control.
Measurements
In addition to interim measurements during the production process, a 2D or 3D measurement is also performed on the finished piece to check that it is within dimensional tolerances.
The information from these measurements is incorporated into a measurement report and, if required, the necessary certificates.
Functional check
In addition to the measurements, functional tests are also indispensable. Every functional part, static or dynamic, is thoroughly tested before the product is released.
Release
Both measurements and functional tests are part of the release protocol that is agreed upon with the customer.
