Prototypes

A picture says more than a thousand words, and a physical piece in your hand says so much more . Therefore, after the digital selection phase, we move on to producing one or more physical prototypes to assist in making the final decision. Tailormold can produce these prototypes in various ways, depending on the product and purpose.

Models

Tailormold started as a model-making shop for the foundry world. We still use the experience and knowledge we have gained over the years to produce models today. We distinguish between models intended for mold making and models for functional or visual evaluation.

Moulds

The number of variants in molds and dies is almost infinite. Whether it is a single mold with simple geometry or a complex, multi-part mold with moving parts and complex geometry, our many years of experience allow us to design and produce any mould you need.

Jigs

Jigs and fixtures are essential tools to ensure product quality. On the one hand, they are used to accurately position pieces for operations such as gluing and drilling. On the other hand, they are used during the measurement process to check the accuracy of the piece.

Tools

In addition to the tools mentioned above, there are tools that either stand alone or are required by other tools. These include set-up tables, transport tools, mounting brackets, ...

Milling parts

Thanks to our extensive machinery and experience, we can of course produce other pieces in addition to the above. Art pieces, furniture, replacement pieces... the most diverse and complex pieces have already passed through our workshop.
